Yoshihiko Miyauchi began his career at Nichimen & Co., Ltd. (currently Sojitz Corp.) in 1960 and spent four years there before joining Orient Leasing Co., Ltd. (now ORIX Corp.) as one of the founding 13 members in 1964. He became president and CEO in 1980 and was appointed Chairman and CEO in 2000. In June 2014, he resigned as Chairman, CEO, and a Director. At present, he serves as Senior Chairman.

After joining the Boston Consulting Group, Kazuhiko Toyama became a founding member of Corporate Directions, Inc.(CDI), where he later served as CEO.
